Luke Dalchow
Franchise Owner/Certified Inspector - License #4000-106
MDH Licenses Radon Professional - License #RMEA-00565

I am the owner of this company and take great pride in the work we do and the reputation we are building. I live in Hudson, Wisconsin with my wife and our two young children, and when I’m not working you’ll likely find me golfing, fly fishing, or hosting a friendly poker night at the office.

Before entering the home inspection industry, I spent years in the corporate world as an award-winning B2B sales professional. That background taught me the value of clear communication, trust, and truly listening to clients. In early 2023, I purchased my first franchise, and since then we have expanded by acquiring three additional businesses.

Through this growth, I saw a clear need in the industry for better communication, stronger guidance, and a more professional, consultative approach. I believe it is absolutely possible to deliver thorough, high-quality inspections without unnecessarily alarming buyers or talking them out of great homes. Our goal is to educate, provide clarity, and help clients move forward with confidence—so they feel informed, empowered, and prepared for successful homeownership.

Eric Heilman
Licensed Home Inspector - License #4156-106

I am a licensed home inspector with a background that blends science, construction, and problem solving. I hold a master's degree in exercise physiology, which sharpened my attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to evaluate complex systems-- skills that translate directly to thorough, methodical home inspections.

I've always enjoyed building, creating projects, and understanding how things work. Home inspection allows me to combine that hands-on mindset with technical knowledge to evaluate homes accurately and communicate findings clearly.

As a husband of over 10 years and a father to a four-year-old son, I understand how important a home purchase is-- not just financially, but for a family's future. My goal is to help home buyers feel informed, confident, and empowered in their decision by providing honest, detailed inspections they can trust.
